Our own karate kid, bobblehead Joshua Thomas Burt, has won the epic hopscotch tournament of ‘09, with, i might add, more than a little bit of added karate flare, and thus has won himself the title as today’s Bobblehead of the Day. Hope you make it back for next year.

Well we were going to have a gigantic golfing tournament, but as there were only three contestants, the only ones who had the foresight to bring golfing equipment with them (apparently the others thought I was going to provide golf clubs for a hundred some odd bobbleheads, that’s a laugh) it turned into a small game of mini golf. The winner was Alan Shepard! I know, I was surprised too, you’re thinking “but he golfs in space, shouldn’t the dramatic difference in the gravitational pull throw off his game?” apparently not. So let’s give a big cheer for our new Bobblehead of the Day!!

Ninja Michael Fellows has won today’s contest through pure awesomeness. I must admit that the obstacle course was maybe a little bit more impossible than it should have been, and having them run across a basin of lava the size of an Olympic swimming pool may have been a bit much, but when dealing with ninjas can you really go to far? I don’t think so, and seeing as how the Ninja Michael Fellows made it through with only second degree burns I think it went pretty well.

Breaking News: Judge Bobbleheads Are Cracking Down

The enormously high crime rate in the bobblehead community has many worried that no where is safe. Luckily the bobblehead police has been able to imprison many of the felons, but they can’t hold them for long and as there just aren’t enough judges to handle the horde of court cases, this means criminals will be let out on bail free to continue their deviant antics for years while they wait for their day in court. In an effort to quell this up rising, President Barak Obama Bobblehead has issued a nation wide plead to the to public create more bobblehead judges, “Now is the time to band together and take a stand against crime.”

He may be a lot bigger than the rest of the bobbleheads, and a little heavier than he used to be but he’s still amphibious which gives him a huge leg up over the competition in today’s swimming contest. So without any further delay and no more ado, today’s Bobblehead of the Day is the 10″ Frog bobblehead!
